Daniela Rojas Soto, Administrative Assistant:
Daniela is close to finishing her Advertising career at the Universidad Hispanoamericana. She has 6 previous years of experience in the area of customer service and as administrative assistant which she acquired in companies like Transmedia S.A., Advertising Agency and Print Store S.A. in Lindora, Santa Ana, San José. After moving back to Playas del Coco, she became part of the Terra Law team and has been with us for the last 5 years. Her objective is to provide a quality and efficient service to our clients.

Melissa Mendez Granados, Junior Closer:
Melissa started her law studies back in the year 2014, which because of personal situations she had to stop. Nevertheless, she has worked in legal services for the last 9 years, 5 of which she has been part of the Terra Law team, initially as paralegal and for the last 2 as Junior Closer. Striving to continue her studies in the upcoming months, Melissa provides great assistance in your real estate transaction.

Melissa Ramirez Hernandez, Attorney:
Melissa began her legal career attending Universdidad Hispanoamericana School of Law in the evenings while working full-time during the day as a paralegal. Her expertise encompasses all areas of Labor Law, Civil Law, Intellectual Property and Copyright. She also got a Master Degree in Registry and Notary Law in 2018, from the Postgraduate School of the Universidad Hispanoamericana. Melissa has been part of the Terra Law Group for 4 years. The search for peaceful solutions between parties and the creation of bonds of trust with our clients and companies is part of her priorities as a professional.

María José Viales Vargas, Attorney:
María José obtained her Law degree in 2017, and specialized in Jurisdictional Training and Legal Rationalization from Universidad de Costa Rica. She is currently in the process of obtaining her Notary and Registry Degree. Her practice is devoted to corporate, commercial and real estate law. She counsels local and foreign investors on the process to conduct business in Costa Rica.María Jose’s knowledge includes construction permitting, business licenses and government authorizations, as well as real estate and commercial contracts. She undertakes due diligences processes for both areas as well. She brings a dynamic and enthusiastic attitude to all her work

Lic. Gabriela Gómez Miranda, Attorney and Notary:
Gabriela started law school back in Guayaquil, Ecuador. After moving to Costa Rica in 2001, she continued her studies in the Universidad Escuela Libre de Derecho, from where she graduated and obtained her law degree in 2006. She continued her studies for the Notary Especialty in the Universidad Latina, and has since continued with different courses, keeping herself up to date with all the legal changes in Costa Rica. She is currently in charged of Terra Law, and provides consulting services for several corporations in the Central Valley.
